Our promise

USCIS acceptance guarantee

USCIS acceptance guarantee means one thing: accepted by USCIS, or your money back. If USCIS rejects your translation because of our work, we correct and redeliver it free within 24 hours. If the corrected translation is still not accepted because of our work, we refund your order in full.

USCIS Acceptance Guarantee 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) compliant Signed personally by Ivy Based in Florida

Every translation we deliver is certified to meet USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), with a signed Certificate of Accuracy attached. We translate the entire document, including stamps, seals, and notes, because that is where most problems come from.

If USCIS rejects your translation because of our work, we correct and redeliver it free within 24 hours. If the corrected translation is still not accepted because of our work, we refund your order in full. Send us the rejection notice and the file, and we take it from there.

The guarantee covers our work. It does not cover a decision USCIS makes about your case for other reasons.

What counts as our work

Our work is the translation and the certification: the English text, the completeness of it, and the signed Certificate of Accuracy that goes with it. If USCIS comes back because something there was wrong, that is ours to fix and it is covered.

What is not covered is the rest of your case. If a filing fee was missing, a form was signed in the wrong place, or an officer wants more evidence about your relationship, none of that is a translation problem and no translator can promise you an outcome on it. Anyone who does is selling you something they cannot deliver.

What to do if your document is rejected

Send us the notice and the file on WhatsApp or through the secure upload. You do not need to argue your case to us or explain what went wrong. We read the notice, tell you honestly whether it is about our work, and if it is, the corrected translation comes back within 24 hours at no cost.

Most of what looks like a translation rejection is a request for evidence about the translation, which is usually a missing page or a document that was translated in part rather than in full. Those are quick to fix. The common ones are set out on the birth certificate page, since that is the document we see rejected most often when it is done badly elsewhere.

What the certificate looks like

This is the page that makes a translation certified, and it is what the guarantee is written against. The wording tracks 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), and Ivy signs each one by hand.

Why we can promise this

Because Ivy signs every certification herself, and her name is the one on it. There is no pool of freelancers here and no queue to hide behind, so when something is wrong there is one person to fix it and she already knows the document. More questions are answered on the FAQ.

I had my birth certificate translated for immigration. They delivered it to me in a few hours, super fast. Fair price and USCIS accepted it without any hassle. I have no complaints. I recommend them.
