How Portuguese translation works
How Portuguese translation works is simple: you tell us your pages and see an exact price, a real person translates and certifies your document, and you file it with confidence within 24 hours.
Step 1. Tell us what you need
Pick your document and the number of pages, or upload your file, and you see the exact price right away with no account and no card. One page is up to 250 words, and if you are not sure of the count we confirm it for free before any charge.
Step 2. A real person translates and certifies it
Your translation is handled and signed by Ivy herself, not a machine. Every translation comes with a signed Certificate of Accuracy that meets USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). It does not need to be notarized, and your translator does not need to be ATA-certified.
Step 3. You file with confidence
Standard delivery is within 24 hours and is included in the page price. Need it sooner? A 4-hour rush is $9 a page for up to 10 pages. If USCIS ever rejects your document because of our work, we fix it free within 24 hours or give your money back.
Ready when you are. Get your price, browse all certified Portuguese translation services, or learn why USCIS does not need a sworn translation (tradução juramentada).
