We handle your documents confidentially and use your information only to prepare and deliver your translation. We do not sell your information or share your documents with anyone outside the work you ask us to do.

When you send a document through our secure upload or on WhatsApp, it travels over a secure connection and is kept in a private account that only we can open. We hold it only as long as we need it to finish your order and stand behind our accuracy guarantee, then we delete it.

What we collect

• Your contact details: name, email, and phone or WhatsApp number.
• The documents you send us and the personal details inside them.
• Payment details, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic website analytics, such as the pages you visit, how you found us, and the type of device you use.
• A recording of how you move through the site: clicks, scrolling, and mouse or touch movement. It does not include the contents of the documents you send us.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare, certify, and deliver your translation, to reply to you, to take payment, and to keep the records our accuracy guarantee and the law require. We also use analytics and site recordings to keep the website working well and to find pages that confuse people.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed to do your work: our secure upload provider stores the files you send, our payment processor handles your payment, and email or WhatsApp carries our messages. Our analytics providers, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, handle website usage data for us. We will disclose information only if the law requires it.

Analytics and site recording

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find, and Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors move through the site: clicks, scrolling, and mouse or touch movement. We watch this to spot pages that confuse people, then fix them. We do not use it to read your documents, and our secure upload form runs on our upload provider’s own page, so what you enter there is not part of the website recording.

If you would rather not be included, blocking analytics cookies or using a tracking blocker in your browser stops both. You can also email us and we will delete any recording linked to your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep your documents and order details only as long as we need them to finish your order and honor our accuracy guarantee, then we delete them. We keep basic invoice records where tax rules require.

How we protect it

Your uploads travel over a secure connection and sit in a private account that only we can open. We limit access to the people working on your order.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, wherever you live. Email admin@brazilusatranslations.com and we will take care of it. You can also turn off analytics cookies or use a tracking blocker in your browser, which stops both the analytics and the site recording.

Children

This site is for adults arranging translations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
